PEVC Investment Professional (Associate / VP / SVP)
We are seeking Investment Professionals (Associate/VP/SVP) to focus on AI, Robotics, Consumer Electronics, Social Media and Entertainment sectors. This role reports to Partners/MDs, offering opportunities to work on high-potential projects and drive strategic investments in fast-growing global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Associate
Support Partners/MDs and senior investment team members in end-to-end project investments, including industry research, deal sourcing assistance, due diligence coordination, financial modeling support and investment memo drafting.
VP / SVP
Independently lead project investment and management under the guidance of Partners/MDs, including sourcing high-quality deals, leading due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, managing post-investment portfolio companies, and driving exit strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research on global trends in AI/Robotics/Consumer Electronics/Social & Entertainment sectors, with expertise in at least one specific field; identify investment opportunities by analyzing market dynamics and tech innovation.
- Build and maintain core industry networks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners and portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-10 years of private equity/venture capital experience, with background in top-tier USD/CNY VC funds or leading internet companies' corporate venture capital (CVC) teams.
- Associate Background: Buy-side experience not required, but background in top investment banks/brokerages (analyst), leading FA firms or equity investment consulting companies is preferred.
- VP/SVP Track Record: Track record of independently leading at least 1 growth-stage investment and management project in AI/Robotics/Consumer Electronics/Social & Entertainment sectors, with investment returns exceeding industry average.
- Graduate from top-tier universities (domestic or international); STEM background is preferred.
- Strong research capabilities and investment memo writing skills; proficient in financial modeling. Excellent deal sourcing abilities with familiarity in core industry circles.
- Good team player with entrepreneurial spirit; values long-term returns in equity investment.
- Strong English reading ability; fluent English speaking is preferred for business communication.
